Pastor Terry Jones and company as many of you know came to Dearborn back in April to protest Islam in America. Pastor Jones had planed on protesting on the right a way in front of the largest muslim mosque. As you might expect that was protest was met with angry muslims and they vowed to cause Pastor Jones and company harm and to interrupt their peaceful protest.

Under the Constitution of the United States of America, we as Americans have the right to peacefully assemble and protest. Pastor Jones 1st Amendment rights were indeed violated that day by muslims and their evil court system.

On 11/10/2011, a Detroit court judge ruled that the dearborn judge violated Terry Jones 1st Amendment rights and thus handed down to him a victory. Pastor Jones vows he will be back sometime in the spring for another protest.

A bit of history. When the Police department found out where Jones wanted to protest, they said that it would create a traffic problem, the police department  pulled this all the way into court. The judge ruled in favor of the police department and told Jones if he wanted to protest that he could do so a city hall. Then the judge put them in jail. Another violation.

Pastor Jones and company just want to be able to do the one thing we are afforded, PEACEFULLY PROTEST. Who really cares that he is protesting Islam. It’s my opinion that their religion(islam) is of the devil and is not something Americans want here in our FREE COUNTRY. Now when they did protest at city hall, the muslims tried to attack him, they threw stuff at him and became very violent towards him.

Shiria law will never dominate our land and if Americans don’t wake up soon it just might. If they want their laws here then they can fly back to the desert and build their mosques and live happily ever after. MUSLIMS DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS IN THIS COUNTRY – AMERICANS HAVE RIGHTS!

If you want rights in our Country then you become an American. You take our oath, and you promise to uphold, support and defend out Constitution! Simple as that.

A huge win for the pastor and though I do not support any religion, denomination or church,  this was a win for Americans!

The government is slowly but surely putting the pieces of the puzzle in place for their war on Iran. Iran says they don’t need nuclear weapons although they have them. Iran has not been cooperative with anyone and though i don’t believe in the UN or NATO they have attempted to make sure they do not do not possess nuclear weapons. Now Israel is saying in what I call “YAWP -Yet another war prediction” that they may launch an attack on Iran sometime next month. You tell me when was the last time that it was when an enemy announced when they were going to attack someone? If that is going to happen it’s gonna be out of nowhere and Iran will never know what hit them. With that being said, we need to leave Iran alone because war here is not the answer, but it is for the governments and elite. They want the war. Why? War = MONEY

There has never been a time where the corporation The United States of America has not been involved in a war someplace. They are in the business of making money and they will do it however they want to and when they want to no matter how many people die. In fact our own military has admitted to disposing of UNKOWN BODY PARTS after cremation to the DUMP! Yep to the dump where our trash is taken. Now,  because they have been called out they are acting like they suddenly care. Are you kidding me?

Money and oil. our troops some 90,000 are in Afghanistan PROTECTING THE POPPY SEEDS/FLOWERS!!! Many journalists are saying there is little war there. Come on America wake up! Take back your Republic and get rid of this democracy. We the people want our Republic back!!

This week on 11/09/11 we had the National EAS test. What was it like in your area? Here through comcast there was nothing. That’s right nothing. For giggles I switched the TV on to Fox News Channel and my brother had the TV on in the basement on a different channel and Megan Kelly said that a test was going to occur at 1400hrs and that it would last 30 seconds. She would disappear but be right back. Nothing. Finally a screen flashed up for 5 seconds that said a test was going to take place then back to Megan. No EAS tones, no nothing. Downstairs they had a message scroll the bottom of the screen again saying that a test would occur at 1400hrs. That was it. No EAS tones, no message no nothing.

Others reported being forced to listen to the evil lady gaga. Some said that the audio was there but so garbled that you could not understand it. The national EAS test was A COMPLETE FAILURE! That’s right the government failed and could not even step up and say that they failed. The only thing they could say was this is why we test to find out where we need to better things. What? Let me get this straight for the last several months you have been telling all of America that this test was coming and this, this is the best you could do? A COMPLETE FAILURE. That is exactly what the government is.

There is so much more to report and talk about and I will do so at some point tomorrow when I can get better organized. For now, everyone be safe.

Those that came to Quartzsite today to see the strange methodology utilized by  the council were not disappointed. There were no surprises, though, the council conducted their ‘illegal meeting’ as thought it were legitimate.

“I wonder who it is they think they’ve fooled,” Foster said.

Foster further charged in an interview on popular talk show INFOWARS.COM that he has been reading the e-mails sent to the council and other officials and that they were all legitimate efforts to communicate with the town and its representatives. “There were no threats,” Foster stated.

The meeting today brought reporters from throughout the area and there was a strong police presence — apparently due to the allegation that the town has been receiving threats. This, too, was the justification used to declare a ‘State of Emergency’ to remove Foster from his position of athority as Mayor.

“It is hard not to criticize the council when they were repeatedly warned to stop what they were doing — Foster had a right to demand those books, had every right to  be treated with the respect and priviledge due the position of a Mayor elected by his constituents,” Jennifer Jones, the woman arrested — and defended — by the Mayor, stated. “They just wouldn’t play by the rules and they hide, have secret meetings, pander to Alex [Alexandra] Taft. This council went so far into sheer stupidity.” As the world looks on, the overall consensus seems to be that Jones she may have a very valid point.

Overwhelmingly in support of Mayor Foster, the ‘noise’ has reached an amazing crescendo as people who have watched the video have weighed in on the issue and have indicated the lengths to which the council went to quash free speech were outrageous. “That, and the level of misconduct — on all levels — attributable to the sitting council is so egregious as to cause people to call for their resignations,” Foster said, “People seem to see Quartzsite as another Bell [California.] Maybe even worse.”

I was going to give this speech today but now I will not be able to. The world needs to see this. Please feel free to pass this along to others.  

Good evening, my name is Hal Davidson former Councilman of Quartzsite Arizona. I hope I am allowed to give this speech without being arrested. Everyone on this Council has swore an oath to preserve protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, by voting to declare a state of emergency or Martial Law, they have, (in my opinion) violated that oath and should step down from office. Of course they will not, because ” by their actions” they have shown that they do not believe in free speech of the rights of individuals. They should be ashamed of what they have done, but they are not.

Now that the Chief is in charge of everything how should we address him, Chief, Chairman Jeff, Supreme Chancellor Jeff, or just maybe Comrade Jeff? Only time will tell.

I would like to commend the 10 Police Officer that have put their careers on the line to expose the Chief for what he is. In closing I will say let the word go forth to friend and foe alike that Quartzsite is no longer a place for freedom loving people and that the Constitution no longer has any meaning. Since Sarah Palin came on the scene in 2008 the world has been mesmerized by her. They have tried to find out every bad thing she has ever done and to this date, they have found none. In fact, just recently all of her emails were released to the general public and the media was absolutely sure that they were going to find a smoking gun and that would put an end to her possibly running as President of the United States of America.

What did they find?

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. If you ask me, this was ingenious on her behalf because now she can run and the media will have nothing on her to dig up. Old ghosts hiding in the closet if you will.  Lets break down a few things that I love about Sarah Palin and why I believe she will be Madam President very soon :

• God Fearing – Sarah has not hid the fact that she is religious. Regardless of if you are or not she is and will remain that way. She places God before anything and because she has her life has been very successful!
• Devoted – Sarah has devoted her entire life to her husband. Yes it’s hard to believe that in a world where divorce is rampant her and her husband lead a pleasant life. Sure they have had their ups and downs, but because they do it together, they remain together and have raise up wonderful children.
• Smart & Intellectual – Sarah has brains and beauty. While some of us look to her beauty, remember that beauty is only skin deep. It’s what is on the inside that makes or breaks a person and Sarah is in no danger of failing anytime soon. Her wit has taken America by storm and even those that hate her will tell you – There is just something about this woman!
• On the issues – Sarah has told us where she stands on the issues. Are we going to agree with her on each and every one? No we are not. However, her dedication and her stand on life is what the American people are looking for.

Hope and change did not work. It was a mere flash of the hand. See what the right hand does, but you don’t see what the left is doing. Smoke and mirrors. Barry Soetoro (aka barack hussein obama) was just that. Flashy and good with words. why was he so good with words? Because he read and still reads from a telepropmpter.

Sarah brings real hope and triumph to America. She is looking to restore what we have lost over the years, not just since 2008.  It is because of this that I feel she will announce albeit late per my sources probably around Labor day which is what Ronald Regan did and she will win. She is not following what the left right paradigm says that she must do. She is unorthodox and I’m loving it! Peace and prosperity need to be brought back to America. Small businesses need a chance to thrive and grow. Give back to the community, create jobs.  Sarah Palin is all about the hard working American.

So the question of Will she or Won’t she lies in the Labor day weekend. I believe she will, and when she does America will be unified, fired up and ready to stand behind her and make her the first Madam President of the United States. Then hope and change will abound.

That’s right. Last week when the United Nations(Evil Empire) approved a resolution to launch war on the Country of Libya is the war that will start all the wars in the middle east. Albeit that barry soetoro(aka barrack hussein obama) told the American people that we the USA would not be sending troops into Libya. Lets take a look at just what has happened.

1. UN accepts resolution to go to war.
2. US President never meets with Congress thus leaving them out of the loop.
3. US is the first to launch missiles and drop bombs on targets in Libya, thus the start of another ILLEGAL WAR.
4. US President ensures the American Citizens that there will be no US forces or “boots on the ground” in Libya.
5. Congress fails to hold the US President accountable for his actions and does not demand an answer from him.
6. US continues to launch attacks on Libya even killing some of their citizens.  US helicopter that was rescuing downed F15 aircraft pilots and even shot a young 6 year old boy who had to have a leg amputated.
7. US President until just a couple of days ago had not spoken to anyone in Congress.
8. Speaker of the House says that barry needs to define the mission.
9. Today Speaker of the House says again after barry met with members of the House and Senate that he needs to define the mission more.

What is going on here is a clear cut case of trampling of the US Constitution. What does the Constitution say about going to war?  Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution say this :

Congress shall have the power  to declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

The War Powers Act gives the US President certain provisions. It says that he can take the US and it’s forces to war or conflict. However, here are the provisions :

1. Can send armed forces abroad only by authorization of Congress or;
2. If the United States is already under attack or serious threat

Now one just has to look at this and wonder, was any of this done? The answer is a solid no. I have heard many many people say, even conservatives that the President of the Untied States of America can do whatever he wants to do. No, the President may not do whatever he wants to do. We have a rule of land, and when a man/woman is swore into office they take the oath to protect and defend the Constitution against ALL enemies both foreign and domestic.  Our Constitution says that the President HAS TO MEET WITH CONGRESS – THE WHOLE CONGRESS! Congress then has to make a decision, approve War or decline war at which point the President cannot send our forces. So just what did barry do? Barry went under the United Nations(evil empire). The UN law supersedes that of  US law because it is an international body(evil empire). If our Congress says no then it does not matter because the international body voted a different way. Because the USA is a life member of the United Nations(evil empire) they have to do as the UN says. This is another form of TREASON against the United States of America and her People. Barry has multiple counts of Treason already against him, yet our government chooses to look the other way. I seen another article today that said that barry was very close to committing treason – It’s already happened. People including main stream media and other sources of news need to wake up and smell the coffee. This evil man has destroyed America and everything he does every single day he is allowed to stay in office belittles us and drives us further into the ground.

Take a look around you my friends, is this the America that you grew up in? Is this the America that is the home of the brave and land of the free? No it is not. Barry is a evil muslim creature that with the help of many other Americans tied up in government helped him bypass our rule of law to become President of the United States of America.  Barry is illegal, is using a fake social security number out of Connecticut that was assigned to a person that is now dead. Want to talk about extremism? He is the extreme  and is doing everything in his power to bring the muslim people into power. He cares nothing about America which is why Rothschild/Bilderberg chose him as the man to occupy the office of President of the United States.  This is despicable.

What can we do?  We can speak out. The days of just laying low and not saying anything because you are not directly associated with what is happening are over. EVERYONE MUST SPEAK OUT!!! This nut job needs to know that the American Giant is awake and that we are not going to tolerate his political bs any longer.  The second thing that needs to happen is an AMERICAN REVOLUTION! This needs to happen so yesterday. It’s time that we do peacefully what we have seen happen over in the middle east. It’s time that we storm the gates….it’s time that we show Congress, House and the President of the United States of America that we are in control. They need to be reminded that they work for us. Everything they do and ever decision made should be made with the American People in mind. Enough of the get rich companies that don’t pay taxes(GE), enough of these back room deals for these large corporations. America is a corporation and has been for the last 100+ years. There was only one time in all of history that we were not but that has faded into our past never to be remembered. We are the republic state of America and WE NEED TO RECLAIM IT! The United States of America – that is the Country that is bought and owned by the foreign investors or BIG BANKS and is a corporation has seen it’s strange of events since it’s birth in 1776.  Certainly one could just chuck it up to a higher power, or to just mere coincidence. My friends, I believe it is something else.

1. Fish Kills – Many thousands and thousands ( that is TONS OF FISH) of fish have suddenly appeared/washed up dead. This is not just occurring in America, but all over the entire world. If you don’t believe me subscribe to RSOE Emergency and Disaster Information Services and you will see this is not just isolated to just one corner of the earth.  Let me just say that fish don’t just die. Did you understand what I just said? Fish do not just die! Fish are very interesting creatures and when the water gets too cold, they go deep. There they will find more sustainable water and wait out the cold water. Sure fish do just die but in the numbers that they have in recent days. This is a result of something bigger.
2. Birds falling from the sky – Again, just the same as the fish, when was the last time that you witnessed a bird just fall from the sky? Just as I thought, you haven’t. In my 35 years being the avid hunter and fisherman that I am, I’ve never witnessed this phenomena. There is a reason that birds fly, this is their mode of transportation and the way that they get around. When flying they just don’t fall from the sky. If this happened in one or two places, I would suspect some sort of poisoning. However, this is again happening ALL OVER THE WORLD!  If this was/is a coincidence then I’m from mars. Scientist and  Department of Natural Resources officials are saying some of the most bizarre things and the American People are buying it hook line and sinker. I mean, who in their right mind is going to believe that thousands of birds were scared to death by fireworks? Not me. Not for one second.

The events that have been happening are a direct result of a force. A magnetic force that very few people even know about or even care to know about. It’s called HAARP – HIGH FREQUENCY ACTIVE AURORAL RESEARCH PROGRAM. This very large ionospheric research testing facility was initially designed for submarine communications, but now there are several Countries with their own version of HAARP.  HAARP is fully capable of  shooting it’s signals through the atmosphere in such a way that it causes destruction – of a planned target. It’s able to move clouds. It’s able to reduce the size of hail in a thunderstorm. It’s able to move that very thunderstorm and make it rain where it does not rain, or snow where snow is not normal.  HAARP is strong enough that it can move hurricanes. Not in miles, but degree’s thus causing destruction in places that have not either been it in some time or a place to cause more havoc.  Would your government do that to you? You bet they would and they have been and have sat back and laughed at it and generated what they call a FEMA response or a Homeland Security Response to “assure” the people that the government cares for it’s people. WRONG!

HAARP because it can send it’s signals down to the floor of the oceans is directly responsible for the fish kills and the bird kills. Magnetic impulses are powerful and can destroy everything in their path. Once at the bottom of the ocean, it can even “buzz” the tectonic plates thus causing earthquakes. You guessed it, the government is in the business of creating earthquakes to cause damage and affliction. It wants our individual states to collapse and become more dependent upon it’s government.  The earthquake in Hati was caused by HAARP, why? Because under Hati is a gold mind, not literal gold but other valuable resources such as oil. Our government knows this and needed a reason to “take over” it’s land!!! We done it rather quickly before any other Country could get there and claim dominion.

Folks, whether or not you want to believe this is up to you. Conspiracy Theories went out the door 25 years ago. This stuff is real. The Georgia Guidstones in the state of Georgia even tell us right up front – A message from the ELITE themselves that the population can only sustain itself with a population under 500,000,000.  Our population has exceeded that many times over. The government is sneaky, and they want you dead, but cannot just come right out and kill you. Why? Because that would be wrong and they would look like the bad guys. So they caused storms where storms don’t happen. They control the weather and move hurricanes. They cause earthquakes, they put poisons in our drinking water in the form of FLUORIDE, URanium etc… They have even came out this year and admitted that they have been causing the CHEMTRIALS and spraying chemicals into our air thus causing all these allergy problems and the such.  They have been doing so for decades so they admit. These chemicals are reeking havoc on our bodies. We develop cancer, tumors and other various diseases and sicknesses. Have you ever wondered why they tell you to make sure you get your flu shot?

Flu shots or any vaccination for that matter is bad. It’s already bad enough that they inject it which means you are BYPASSING ALL OF THE ABILITIES FOR YOUR BODY TO DEFEND ITSELF!! Re read that and understand that.  Cancer is not something that your body just gets. It gets it from vaccinations, from the food that they feed us and the water that we drink with all the various chemicals in it. All under the false pretense that they are protecting us and doing the right thing for us, the American People.

America is the last super power standing in the way of the NWO – The New World Order. You have heard, George Bush, Bill Clinton and many other Countries Presidents call and demand a new world order. Folks, they are putting this stuff out there for all to see and slapping you right up side your head and your not even seeing it.

If you think for one minute that  we don’t have a cure for HIV/AIDS, CANCER and many other diseases you are out of your gore. Of coarse we do, and with all of the “research” that they have been doing and the amount of money they have made doing it, that is just taking your money – your hard earned money you made from working.

I would that all of you would just look at the facts. There are so many facts that I could go on for days here if I listed them all. Your government is not here to protect you and they want you dead and out of their way.  Killing you by other means takes the blame off of them and people know no better. This is the deliberate downing of America.

WAKE UP AMERICA! STOP SLEEPING. Open your eyes and see and understand just what is going on and how it affects you, your family, your loved ones and your children.

When Washington D.C. violates the constitution – as it does every single day – the essential question is – “what do we do about it?”

For countless decades, Americans have been responding through protests, lawsuits, and “voting the bums out.” Yet, year in and year out, federal power always grows. And it doesn’t matter which political party is in power, or what person occupies the white house either.

THE RIGHTFUL REMEDY

In 1798, Thomas Jefferson wrote that “whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers….a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy.” [emphasis added]

Notice that TJ didn’t advise us to use nullification as a remedy “once in a while.” And he certainly didn’t tell us that a nullification is the rightful remedy after “we vote some bums out” or “we sue the federal government in federal court” or after anything else for that matter. Jefferson was pretty straightforward and recommended that every single time the federal government exercises powers not delegated to it in the constitution (there’s about 30 powersand nothing more), that we’re to reject and nullify those acts on a state level as they happen.

HAPPENING NOW

Already, more than two dozen states have virtually stopped the 2005 Real ID act dead in its tracks. How? By refusing to implement it. Fifteen states – most recently Arizona – are using the principles of the 10th Amendment to actively defy federal laws (and a supreme court ruling, too!) on marijuana. Eight states have passed Firearms Freedom Acts in an attempt to reject some federal gun laws and regulations. And seven states have passed Health Care Freedom Actsto block health care mandates from being enforced.

NULL. VOID. OF NO EFFECT.

Get used to reading these words, because the political climate is starting to swing a new direction. There is a growing number of people in America that are recognizing a simple truth – Asking, demanding, or suing to get the federal government to fix problems caused by the federal government just doesn’t work.

Take, for example, the Federal Health Care Nullification Act, first introduced in Texas as HB297, and now also introduced in Montana (SB161), Wyoming (HB0035), Oregon (SB498) and Maine (LD58). Here’s an excerpt:

“the federal law known as the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,” signed by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010, is not authorized by the Constitution of the United States and violates its true meaning and intent as given by the Founders and Ratifiers, and is hereby declared to be invalid, shall not be recognized, is specifically rejected, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect.”

But these bills, as introduced in Texas, Maine, Montana, Oregon, and Wyoming are far more than mere declarations or position statements

ENFORCEMENT

Implied in any nullification legislation is enforcement of the state law. In the Virginia Resolution of 1798, James Madison wrote of the principle of interposition:

That this Assembly doth explicitly and peremptorily declare, that it views the powers of the federal government, as resulting from the compact, to which the states are parties; as limited by the plain sense and intention of the instrument constituting the compact; as no further valid that they are authorized by the grants enumerated in that compact; and that in case of a deliberate, palpable, and dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by the said compact, the states who are parties thereto, have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them.

In his famous speech during the war of 1812, Daniel Webster said:

“The operation of measures thus unconstitutional and illegal ought to be prevented by a resort to other measures which are both constitutional and legal. It will be the solemn duty of the State governments to protect their own authority over their own militia, and to interpose between their citizens and arbitrary power. These are among the objects for which the State governments exist”

Here Madison and Webster assert what is required of nullification laws to be successful – that state governments not only have the right to resist unconstitutional federal acts, but that, in order to protect liberty, they are “duty bound to interpose” or stand between the federal government and the people of the state.

All five bills explicitly include this principle, and if passed, would impose penalties on federal agents for attempting to enforce National Health Care mandates in their state. For example, from Wyoming’s HB35:

Any official, agent, employee or public servant of the state of Wyoming as defined in W.S. 6-5-101, who enforces or attempts to enforce an act, order, law, statute, rule or regulation of the government of the United States in violation of this article shall be guilty of a felony punishable by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), imprisonment in the county jail for not more than two (2) years, or both.

Sources close to the Tenth Amendment Center tell us to expect approximately ten states to introduce such bills in the 2011 legislative session.

Hawaii governor can’t find Obama birth certificate

Suggests controversy could hurt president’s re-election chances

Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health. 

Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser he was searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president’s chances of re-election in 2012.

Donalyn Dela Cruz, Abercrombie’s spokeswoman in Honolulu, ignored again today another in a series of repeated requests made by WND for an interview with the governor.

Toward the end of the interview, the newspaper asked Abercrombie: “You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plan to release more information regarding President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. How is that coming?”

In his response, Abercrombie acknowledged the birth certificate issue will have “political implications” for the next presidential election “that we simply cannot have.”

Suggesting he was still intent on producing more birth records on Obama from the Hawaii Department of Health vital records vault, Abercrombie told the newspaper there was a recording of the Obama birth in the state archives that he wants to make public.

Abercrombie did not report to the newspaper that he or the Hawaii Department of Health had found Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate. The governor only suggested his investigations to date had identified an unspecified listing or notation of Obama’s birth that someone had made in the state archives.

“It was actually written, I am told, this is what our investigation is showing, it actually exists in the archives, written down,” Abercrombie said.

For seemingly the first time, Abercrombie frankly acknowledged that presidential politics motivated his search for Obama birth records, implying that failure to resolve the questions that remain unanswered about the president’s birth and early life may damage his chance for re-election.

“If there is a political agenda (regarding Obama’s birth certificate), then there is nothing I can do about that, nor can the president,” he said.

So far, the only birth document available on Obama is a Hawaii Certification of Live Birth that first appeared on the Internet during the 2008 presidential campaign. It was posted by two purportedly independent websites that have displayed a strong partisan bias for Obama –Snopes.com released the COLB in June 2008, and FactCheck.org published photographs of the document in August 2008.

WND previously reported the Hawaii Department of Health has refused to authenticate the COLB posted on the Internet by Snopes.com and FactCheck.org.

WND has reported that in 1961, Obama’s grandparents, Stanley and Madelyn Dunham, could have made an in-person report of a Hawaii birth even if the infant Barack Obama Jr. had been foreign-born.

Similarly, the newspaper announcements of Obama’s birth do not prove he was born in Hawaii, since they could have been triggered by the grandparents registering the birth as Hawaiian, even if the baby was born elsewhere.

Moreover, WND has documented that the address reported in the newspaper birth announcements was the home of the grandparents.

WND also has reported that Barack Obama Sr. maintained his own separate apartment in Honolulu, even after he was supposedly married to Ann Dunham, Barack Obama’s mother, and that Dunham left Hawaii within three weeks of the baby’s birth to attend the University of Washington in Seattle.

Dunham did not return to Hawaii until after Barack Obama Sr. left Hawaii in June 1962 to attend graduate school at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.

Conceivably, the yet undisclosed birth record in the state archives that Abercrombie has discovered may have come from the grandparents registering Obama’s birth, an event that would have triggered both the newspaper birth announcements and availability of a Certification of Live Birth, even if no long-form birth certificate existed.

WND has also reported that Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008, has maintained that there is no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health and that neither Honolulu hospital – Queens Medical Center or Kapiolani Medical Center – has any record that Obama was born there.
